**A note from Rail Lazy H**
Rail Lazy H is contracted to gather unauthorized livestock that are grazing on approximately one million acres of United States Forest Service land without permission in Arizona and New Mexico. Unauthorized livestock may include cattle, horses, sheep, and goats that are branded (owned or once owned) and unbranded (unowned).
The term "unauthorized livestock" should not be confused or misrepresented with terms related to privately owned and managed livestock or livestock that falls under a federal protection.
If you take the time to read the links on our site you can review the information associated with the "unauthorized livestock" to help you decide if you would like to register as a potential bidder to purchase an unhandled horse.
Our interest as well as the public's interest created a bidder registration process to ensure the unhandled horse(s) are placed in the best situation to support their health, safety, and welfare.
Our auction and bidder terms are clear and when you register as a potential bidder and click "I Agree" we are expecting that you have provided true and acurate information and photos, are willing to respond with any questions we may have about your trailer and/ or corrals, and that you do not have any past balance owed to Rail Lazy H.
